Sasha is a Registered Senior Clinical Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor, and Registrar Program Principal Supervisor.
With extensive experience across various public and private mental health settings, Sasha has experience in both individual and group therapy. She values respect, curiosity, connection and compassion. Sasha is committed to meeting clients exactly where they are at. Her guiding philosophy is that meaningful change doesn't require complete readiness - just a willingness to begin.
Sasha creates a compassionate and authentic therapeutic environment where clients feel secure and understood. She is attuned to both spoken and unspoken communication, helping clients develop deeper insights into their emotional landscapes and vulnerabilities. Through collaborative work, Sasha assists clients in building effective emotional regulation strategies, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and leveraging personal strengths to improve overall emotional wellbeing.
