Sasha is a Registered Senior Clinical Psychologist. She is a Board Approved Supervisor and Registrar Program Principal Supervisor.

Sasha has extensive experience in various public and private mental health settings to provide individual and group therapy. When you meet Sasha, you can expect respect, curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to work with you from where you are now. Sasha believes that you don’t have to be ready, just willing to start.

Sasha aims at creating a compassionate and genuine therapy space where individuals feel safe and understood. She is attuned to what is and is not communicated by the clients, such that they can develop insights and awareness of their emotional needs and vulnerability. Sasha also helps clients work towards developing skills and strategies to regulate and manage emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, as well as build on our strengths to enhance emotional wellbeing.
