Coping with the Covid-19 Pandemic

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the world has gone through a lot in the last few months. We have taken measures to protect our physical health, however, it is also important to look after our emotional health.

The impacts of self-isolation, uncertainty of finances, grief of what life was like before Covid-19, the loss of physical connection, loss of routine, loss of the perceived normality of the world, as well as our usual way to be etc. have inevitably posed impacts on our mental health.

It is crucial that, during this time, we look after ourselves, check in with our loved ones, work on improving our emotional health and general wellbeing.

The following resources have been compiled to help you to manage this unprecedented period of time.
